Made with the finest European style butter, cream, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, and French "Fleur de Sel" sea salt. Once cooled, our caramels are cut and wrapped in wax paper using traditional techniques.

I got some extra caramels to gift to someone dear to me :3 and of course they did love it! While I love these for how perfect the texture is and the way they melt in my mouth, my friend actually liked the flavor the most because of how well balanced the saltiness is added onto the caramel. Chef Max also packages these so well, I’ve never had an issue with bent boxes or opened wrappers from the travel ^^

These caramels are so good especially if you just like a smidge of salt with your sweets in general. The texture is soft and almost pillow like compared to the average tough chew I get with other caramels, and it melts in your mouth so nicely and quickly that it’s almost like the candy equivalent of wagyu to me. Of course if you chew it really fast it can cling to your teeth a little, but then it melts anyways, so it’s not an issue to me. I don’t think I can go back to the average cheap caramel candy bar since I got spoiled by high quality small business caramels like these ones 😭💜

Still very delicious, the quality remains soft and chewy and delightful. Happily keeping more of these for myself this time, although I’ll still be sharing with people. Still have not met a single person who doesn’t approve of these.

This was SO good, it melted in my mouth super fast and the flavor and texture is so perfectly soft. I shared a lot of them with my friends and it’s been a unanimous 10/10 with everybody. Absolutely going to rebuy in the future.
