Using over 50 pounds of white, milk and dark French chocolate, Maitre Chocolatier Chef Max McConaghay of Saint Jacques Chocolat designed, created and presented this chocolate dress at an exclusive gala in Los Angeles, California. This was the second of its kind created for this private organization, the first was presented at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, Nevada by world renowned French Pastry Chef Vincent Pilon.
